Requires employers to verify workers can legally work in the US using E-Verify.

This bill requires all employers to verify employee eligibility through the federal E-Verify program and maintain verification records during employment. Employers not participating in E-Verify are prohibited from receiving state economic incentives (grants, loans, performance-based incentives). The Department of Labor and Regulation enforces compliance and can require repayment of incentives received within 12 months for non-compliant employers. The bill also makes it a Class 1 misdemeanor for individuals to knowingly submit false documents to evade E-Verify determination.
